One Response to PA Attorney General Won’t Defend Same-Sex Marriage Ban

  1. HENRY A. SEIGEL says:

As someone partnered to another man for almost 31 years, to be denied the basic right to the same rights and privileges afforded to any and all heterosexual couples in this Commonwealth is totally reprehensible. The principle of “full faith and credit” enshrined in the Constitution of this country is being breached, ignored and downrightly violated by the legal estoppel of a valid marriage performed in another state. THIS MUST END. We all deserve the dignity of the institution of marriage.

    HENRY A. SEIGEL
